According to the dictionary, disappointment means “sadness because something has not happened or been as good, successful, etc, as you expected or hoped”. It is not a good emotion, I think. If I expected something to happen but not reached that the mood, I would be down. For example, I was hoping I could eat rice cake and white gourd tea my friends bought in the afternoon. However, they haven’t come back now yet. I was unable to eat them as my mug-up.
Although disappointment is not a good emotion, sometimes it gave people ascensive space, too. So, disappointment is a kind of forward power to abortive people.

Mandy, you did a very good job. I know you are diligent.
However, your English proficiency in writing is not as good as I expected. I suggent that you not make long sentences. It is the first thing to make a clear and precise sentence even if it is a short sentence.
I would do you a favor next week to help with your writing skills.
