Which one do you think is more convenience?
Nowadays, people pursued convenience due to the busy life. We can find more and more convenience stores in the streets, such us 7-11 and FamilyMart, along with vending machines in the alley. They have become our good friends in our life. We could get more things from them. I am going to talk about convenience store and vending machine in three points: the appearance, the service, and the goods variety.
First, convenience store has storefront and clerks whom you can ask something, while vending machine without, they only toneless stand there. 7-11 and FamilyMart are famous convenience sores in Taiwan. In addition to provide convenient service, they also change their appearance when big festival days come. For example, at Christmas and New year, you could see clerks wear wearing Christmas hat and different decoration over there, such as Christmas tree, Spring Festival Couplets, or any ornament. On the other hand, vending machine is just a sale machine, it doesn’t have too many changes on its type and it even doesn’t have any decorations.
Second, if you take lemon goods that you can’t ask to refund, convenience store can. Supposing you buy food that is overdue, you can ask clerk to change another. In addition, it has provided a lot of service, such as microwave food, copy, send parcel, fax, and purchase in advance. The clerks always courteously ask: May I help you? Unlike convenience store, which offered genial service. Vending machine is very impersonal. It always does standoff by his customers. And I am very angry that vending machine defraud of my money.
Finally, the vending machine only has one kind of goods, but there are many different sorts of goods in convenient store. Maybe you need a newspaper, tissue, water, food and anything else in the morning, you can get them in convenient store. Even you discover that there is no soy sauce to cook, you can buy it there, too. Convenient store displayed thousands of produces which you can choose any one you need. However, there is only one kind of goods in a vending machine, if you need many commodity, you have to pass through the street and the alley to find different sort vending machine.

On the other hand, convenience store is universality than vending machine.
